A WooCommerce online store you manage

We design it in your brand’s style and configure the admin panel so you can manage products and orders without a developer. You make the final payment when the store meets the quality thresholds set out in the contract.

Customers order directly from you

A WooCommerce online store is suitable when customers choose and pay for products directly on your company’s website. You manage products, orders and company information pages in a single WordPress admin panel.

You manage your store without a developer

We configure the WordPress admin panel for your product range, so you do not need a developer for the store’s day-to-day operations.

Task What we do What you do
Manage the catalogue We configure the product page for what you sell and design it in your brand’s style. You add products with descriptions and photos, and change prices yourself.
Accept orders We build the cart, checkout page and customer account area. You receive orders and manage them in the same admin panel.
Edit company information pages We configure fields for text, photos and contact details to suit your store, and show you how to edit them at launch. You edit them yourself after launch.

Your brand on phones and computers

We design the catalogue, product page, cart, checkout page and customer account area in your brand’s style. Before development begins, you see how the store will look on a computer and a phone.

Before handover, we check 9 reference screen widths, from 360 to 2560 pixels, to make sure nothing is cut off or extends beyond the edges.

We put the store’s quality requirements in the contract

We put the quality thresholds you see below in the contract. You make the final payment after the store meets them. If a threshold is not met due to our fault, we fix the errors free of charge for 10 working days. You then accept the store for 80% of the total price, unless you have extended this period in writing.

Before handover, we measure one page of each design variant, so the thresholds also apply to the catalogue and product page, where your customers choose what to buy. We provide the measurements in a quality report: what we checked, which tool we used, when we checked it and what the result was. You can repeat the measurements yourself using free tools. After launch, we measure the store again on your hosting.

How we work

Contractual thresholds

Speed The free Lighthouse tool measures loading performance on phones and computers so customers can see products quickly. 90 out of 100 or higher
Accessibility We assess ease of use for people with visual impairments and those who navigate with a keyboard. 90 out of 100 or higher
Technical standards We check the store’s code against browsers’ technical standards so everything opens as intended for your customers. 90 out of 100 or higher
Search readiness We check whether the page has a title and description and is accessible to search crawlers, so search engines can read the store correctly. 90 out of 100 or higher
Security MDN HTTP Observatory rates the security settings for the connection between the store and the browser on a scale from F to A+. A or A+
Accessibility errors The axe tool automatically looks for barriers for people with visual impairments at phone and large-screen widths. 0 errors

Access stays with you, support comes from us

We hand over the store and its primary administrator access to you, and give you the first year of support free so you are not left on your own with a new website after handover.

Your store, your access

What you receive
The domain and hosting will be registered in your name. You receive primary administrator access, the source code for the store’s appearance and the build files.
What this gives you
Everything you need to work with the store stays with you, and you do not depend on anyone.

The first year of support is free

What you receive
After handover, we provide technical updates for the components we created, and in a dedicated channel we provide 50 reply messages from us per month about using the admin panel and documentation. Every request in that channel receives an acknowledgement, and the history is always visible. At launch, we set up automatic backups on your hosting and carry out a full test restore. We give you the instructions. During the first year, we restore the store to working order free of charge if a failure was our fault. Ongoing monitoring and recovery from failures caused by other reasons are included in Care — monthly WordPress maintenance. A backup does not contain orders received after it was saved. We also always answer questions about using the store we created free of charge at support@weberloom.com, with or without a subscription, including after it ends. These emails do not count towards the quota. We do not promise a response time. The project channel and active paid support take priority. We quote for changes in advance.
What this gives you
We handle adapting the components we created to new versions, so you do not need to find a developer for this.

Answers before you sign

How much does a store cost?

We fix the price in a written proposal and calculate it based on pages and their design variants, rather than the number of products. If the development cost is no more than €5,000, you pay 50% on signing, before work begins, and 50% after acceptance against the quality thresholds, before launch. For a more expensive project, you pay 20% when the contract is signed, 30% after you approve the design in writing, 30% after you confirm the completed website on the staging environment with its content, functionality and tested core user journeys, and 20% after acceptance against the quality thresholds, before launch. The domain, hosting and licences are registered in your name according to the list you receive with the proposal. We guide you through purchasing and registering everything you need.

How long will the work take?

You receive the exact development timeframe in the written proposal after all project requirements and specifics have been defined.

How will customers pay for and receive their orders?

We connect payment and delivery through a small set of extensions. For payments, we prefer extensions released by the payment providers themselves — the services that accept your customers’ money. You see the full list in advance in the written proposal. Before launch, we go through the entire customer journey: the cart, checkout, a test payment through the payment service, delivery cost calculation, and order emails to the store and the customer. After launch, we check the payment connection and emails without charging any money, and check every real order on the first day against its payment, status and emails. We correct errors in our configuration and the extensions we created at our own expense.

Can all content, catalogue structure and products be transferred to the new website?

Yes. We quote the migration price after reviewing it. We keep the old URLs or redirect them to new ones to avoid losing search rankings.

Can I sell in several countries and languages?

Yes. The first language is included in the price; additional languages cost extra. For a single storefront, one translation extension is enough. If each country needs its own products, prices and settings, we compare a WordPress Multisite network with Shopware during the consultation and suggest a suitable platform.

What happens after the first year of support?

You can choose to renew support by paying an invoice, with no automatic charges. You can also switch to Care — monthly WordPress maintenance with updates to our theme and plugins, backup monitoring and responses to critical failures during working hours. Monthly terms: Basic — from €190 and 100 replies from us, with no scheduled tests, reports or work hours; Extended — from €390 and 200 replies, with monthly tests of 1–2 pages and the core user journey (form and delivery confirmation), plus a report proposing work; Development — from €790 and 300 replies, with the same service plus at least 4 hours per month for improvements to code, speed and security. We can discuss a tailored support option, with its scope and cost agreed in advance. Without renewal, the store continues to work on the last installed version.

Does the work include preparation for search engines?

Yes, we configure the technical aspects so search engines can correctly read product pages and store information. We also check that AI assistants can open and read them to relay information about your product range. We do not promise search rankings.
