After a year, you can renew support if you wish. Without renewal, everything will continue to work on the last installed version. At launch, we set up automatic backups on your hosting, carry out a full test restoration and provide instructions. If a failure is our fault, we’ll restore the website from those backups free of charge during the first year. Ongoing backup monitoring and restoration for other reasons are included in Care, our monthly WordPress maintenance service. At support@weberloom.com, we always answer questions about using the website we built for you free of charge, with or without a subscription, including after it ends. These emails do not count towards the quota, and we do not promise a response time. The project channel and active paid support take priority; we quote for new work in advance.
Before the final payment, you’ll see numerical results for speed, security and other metrics for one page of each template. Before handover, we provide a quality report showing what we measured, which tool we used, when we measured it and the result. You can reproduce any assessment in the report yourself using free tools.
We include the quality thresholds from the list below in the contract. Four are measured by Google Lighthouse on a scale of up to 100 for mobile and desktop. If a threshold is not met for a reason attributable to us, we make corrections free of charge for 10 working days. You then accept the work at 80% of the total price, unless you have extended this period in writing.

The price is fixed in the written proposal. If the development cost is no more than €5,000, you pay 50% on signing, before work begins, and 50% after acceptance based on the quality thresholds, before launch. For a more expensive project, you pay 20% when the contract is concluded, 30% after you approve the design in writing, 30% after you confirm the completed website on staging, with its content, functionality and tested key user journeys, and 20% after acceptance based on the quality thresholds, before launch.
On average, we build a single-page website in 3 working days, a compact one in 10 and a medium one in 20. These figures exclude the time you need for decisions and revisions. We specify exact dates in the written proposal.

We adapt the design to all screen sizes so that it is comfortable to use on both a phone and a large monitor. We test 9 reference screen widths, from 360 to 2560 pixels, to make sure images are not cropped and nothing extends beyond the edges.
Yes, we handle this with WordPress Multisite after checking that our build is compatible with the network. Each website will have its own address and content. You’ll manage them all from one admin panel.
Yes, it is: we configure pages so that search engines can read them correctly. We also check that AI assistants can open and read them to relay information about your company. We do not promise search rankings.
