Shopware store with multiple storefronts

We build a store with separate terms for each sales channel: for another country, wholesale customers or a marketplace. One Shopware installation serves all storefronts, and you manage products, orders and channels in one admin panel.

Who Shopware is for

We develop Shopware stores for medium-sized businesses with multiple sales channels: for different countries, wholesale customers or marketplaces.

When one small storefront is enough, you do not need Shopware: WooCommerce will suit your needs.

Terms for each sales channel

Channel settings and sales rules determine prices, payment and delivery for each country and customer group.

What we develop for the way you sell

We add what your business needs beyond standard Shopware in three ways: custom design, extensions and integration with your business management system.

  • A custom look for your store

We design the catalogue, product page, cart, checkout and customer account to match your brand.

  • Extensions for your needs

Shopware separates the store's core from its storefront. New features are added through extensions, and we write the ones you need.

  • Integration with your business management system

We connect the store to your accounting or warehouse software: products, prices, stock levels and orders update automatically. Before development, we study the system's documentation and data structure. The scope and price of the integration are set out in the written proposal.

How we measure store quality

Readiness is confirmed by the figures in the contract, not by our word. You make the final payment when the store meets the quality thresholds. We measure one page for each design variant. If a threshold is missed for a reason attributable to us, we work on fixes free of charge for 10 working days. You then accept the work for 80% of the total price unless you have extended this period in writing.

Alongside the figures, before opening we check the entire customer journey: from the cart and payment in test mode to delivery calculations and order emails. After launch, without charging any money, we verify that the payment service is connected and notifications arrive, and we cross-check every real order on the first day against its payment, status and emails.

If a third-party service you choose needs to be connected to the store and lowers its quality check scores, we document this as an exception before acceptance.

How we work

Contractual quality thresholds

Speed Lighthouse assesses how quickly pages load on phones and computers. 90 out of 100 or higher
Accessibility Lighthouse assesses ease of use for people with visual impairments and those who navigate using only a keyboard. 90 out of 100 or higher
Technical standards Lighthouse assesses how the store's pages are built technically, separately on phones and computers. 90 out of 100 or higher
Search readiness Lighthouse checks whether a page has a title and description and is accessible to search crawlers. 90 out of 100 or higher
Security MDN HTTP Observatory assesses security settings on a scale from F to A+. A or A+
Accessibility errors Automated axe scans find none at either phone or large-screen widths. 0

You manage the store after launch

To make this possible, we teach you how to use Shopware and hand over primary administrator access and the source code.

Questions before commissioning a store

How much does it cost to develop a Shopware store?

The price depends on the sales channels and integrations. The first conversation is free, while a detailed analysis of complex data exchange is paid for and credited towards the project. If the development cost is no more than €5,000, you pay 50% on signing, before work begins, and 50% after acceptance against the quality thresholds, before launch. For a more expensive project, you pay 20% on signing, 30% after you approve the design in writing, 30% after you confirm the completed site on staging with its content, features and tested core user journeys, and 20% after acceptance against the quality thresholds, before launch. We list hosting, licences and third-party services before the contract; you pay for them.

How long will store development take?

For a large project, we estimate the timeline after analysing the sales channels and data exchange. We specify the exact timeframe in the written proposal. It excludes the time you need for decisions and revisions.

Can products, the catalogue and pages be migrated from any platform to the new store?

Yes. To estimate the work, we need an export with images and current URLs, or access to the old store. Migration costs extra: we quote the price after reviewing the volume and structure of the data. We preserve page URLs where possible and redirect the rest to new ones.

Who will support the store after launch?

As the store’s developers, we are ready to support it after launch. We quote maintenance for your specific project. You continue to manage products, orders and channels yourself in the admin panel. We always answer questions about using the store we built free of charge at support@weberloom.com, with or without a subscription, including after it ends. These emails do not count towards the quota. We do not promise a response time. The project channel and active paid support take priority. We quote new work in advance.

What if an error is found in the store after launch?

At our own expense, we fix errors in our configuration and in the extensions we created.

Can we sell in multiple languages?

Yes, each channel can use its own language. The project includes one language; we add others as an option. Before the contract, we agree on who will translate the content: us or you.

Is search readiness included in the work?

Yes, we handle the technical side so that search engines can read the store’s pages correctly. We also make sure AI assistants can open and read them to summarise information about your products. We do not promise search rankings.
